This Privacy Policy explains how DIZ Network ("we", "us", "our") handles information on diznetwork.com (the "Site").

The Site does not require an account. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address, the division you selected, and your message. We use these to read and reply to your enquiry.
- Newsletter form. Your email address, used to send you updates about DIZ Network. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may also be recorded automatically for security and diagnostic purposes.
2. How long we keep it
Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are kept until they are no longer needed for the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete them. To have your details removed, email us at the address in section 7.
3. Cookies
The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what's strictly necessary for the Site to function — a session cookie and a form-security token.
4. Children's privacy
This Site is a corporate/informational site about DIZ Network and is not directed at children. Content for children (such as DIZ World Kids videos) is published on third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube) under those platforms' own privacy and children's-privacy protections, not through this Site.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties. The Site is hosted by Hostinger, and enquiry notifications are delivered over email, so those providers necessarily process the data in transit on our behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
